AI software that watches every cell, warns you early when one starts to fail, forecasts your battery's health and tells you what to change so it lasts longer. For any battery, stationary or vehicle, with or without an EMS.
Is it healthy, what is wearing it out, where is it heading, and what should we do about it.
It finds the habits that age your battery fastest, such as running hot, resting full or charging too hard, so you can stop them.
It spots a cell, module or cooling unit drifting away from the rest while every reading still looks normal to the BMS.
It shows where state of health is heading and when the battery will reach the end of its warranty or useful life.
It turns the analysis into plain actions: a narrower charge window, a cooler setpoint, a gentler charge rate, a module to inspect.
A fault starts as slow drift that stays inside every limit. That is the stage Ingro Brain watches. Pick a stage to see what each layer of protection does.
What the signals look like
One cell's resistance or self-discharge creeps up, it runs slightly warmer than its neighbours, or its voltage sags more under load. Or the fault is outside the cells: a loose connection heating up, a cooling unit losing capacity, a control setting drifting. Every reading is still inside the BMS limits.
What happens
Analytics compares each cell with its siblings and with similar cells across the fleet, watches cooling and connections too, flags the trend, and the team plans an inspection or a module swap.
It works from the data your battery already keeps. Four steps, then it keeps running.
We read the data your battery already produces: cell voltages and temperatures, current, state of charge and alarms, from the BMS, inverter, SCADA or a data logger.
AI models build a baseline for every cell and start from what similar batteries, in a similar climate, have already shown.
Each day it checks for drift, works out which conditions are costing the most life, and updates the health forecast.
Alerts, a health report and a short list of changes reach your team. With Ingro EMS, the changes are applied on their own.
Ingro Brain is a product on its own. It does not need Ingro EMS, but it does more with it.
Ingro Brain reads your existing BMS, inverter or SCADA data. You get alerts, a health forecast and a list of changes, and your team or your current controller makes them.
The changes apply on their own. Ingro EMS adjusts how the battery charges, rests and cools, always inside the limits you set, and the BMS keeps its own protection underneath.
Tata Power-DDL's 10 MW / 10 MWh battery at Rohini, Delhi, was losing capacity fast under its old controls. After Ingro's health-aware control and analytics took over in 2024, measured ageing slowed.
Ingro Brain learns from every battery it watches. Pick a chemistry and a climate to see which sites give a new battery a head start.

Ingro Brain is AI software for battery health. It reads your battery's operating data, finds what is making it age faster than it should, warns you early when a cell, module or cooling unit starts to drift, forecasts how its health will change, and tells you what to change in how the battery is run.
No. Ingro Brain is a product on its own and works with or without an energy management system. Without Ingro EMS, you get alerts, a health forecast and a clear list of changes for your team or your current controller to make. With Ingro EMS, those changes are applied automatically, inside the limits you set.
Usually well before the BMS trips. A failing cell tends to drift slowly first: slightly warmer, higher resistance, more voltage sag under load, while every reading is still inside the BMS limits. Ingro Brain compares each cell with its neighbours and with similar cells at other sites, so the drift shows up as a trend you can plan a repair around.
Yes. Ingro Brain is independent of the battery maker. It works with stationary batteries and vehicle batteries, and reads data from the BMS, inverter, SCADA or data logger you already have, over Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU over RS485, SunSpec, IEC 61850, DNP3 and OPC-UA, plus dry contacts, digital I/O and aggregator gateways, or from exported logs.
Yes. Lost capacity cannot be restored, but the ageing still to come can be slowed. At Tata Power-DDL's 10 MW / 10 MWh battery in Rohini, Delhi, health-aware control and analytics cut the annual degradation rate by about 41%, which works out to about 70% more usable life from the same batteries.
Price is on request. It depends on the size of the battery, how many sites you have and how the data is collected. Talk to an engineer and we will look at your battery and data before we quote.
