BESS thermal management suppliers in India

Batteries age faster when they run hot, and Indian summers push enclosures well past the ideal range. BESS cooling comes as air conditioning units for air-cooled systems, or chillers that pump coolant through liquid-cooled racks. The companies below supply thermal management for battery storage in India.

Run it all as one plant with Ingro EMS

Cooling is part of the energy bill. Ingro EMS reads the HVAC or chiller status and battery temperatures, and accounts for the auxiliary load when it schedules the battery, so you see the real round-trip efficiency.

Ingro EMS is a made-in-India battery energy management system: one controller on site that runs battery storage, solar, diesel and the grid against your tariff, with a console and reports you can watch on a screen or your phone. It talks to equipment over open protocols such as Modbus TCP/RTU, CAN, IEC 61850 and IEC 60870-5-104, so it is not tied to any one brand on this list.

Questions

Liquid cooling keeps cell temperatures more even and suits dense, large systems, which is why most new utility containers use it. Air cooling is simpler and still common in smaller cabinets.
