Run it all as one plant with Ingro EMS

Cable losses show up as the gap between what the inverters report and what the grid meter sees. Ingro EMS compares the two continuously, so losses and faults on the cable run do not go unnoticed.

Ingro EMS is a made-in-India battery energy management system: one controller on site that runs battery storage, solar, diesel and the grid against your tariff, with a console and reports you can watch on a screen or your phone. It talks to equipment over open protocols such as Modbus TCP/RTU, CAN, IEC 61850 and IEC 60870-5-104, so it is not tied to any one brand on this list.

Questions

1 questions

No. Solar DC cables are designed for high DC voltage, sunlight and heat over decades. Ordinary PVC cables degrade quickly outdoors and are a fire risk on the DC side.
